Mike and his wife Judy founded Jolly Air Conditioning in 1977. Jolly Air Conditioning and Heating has serviced thousands of customers, including over three generations of families, and continues to maintain the outstanding service and quality principles in which Jolly Air Conditioning was founded.
Mike and his family were raised in Arizona. Mike learned HVAC&R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) over forty years ago, and is an expert in heating, cooling, refrigeration, airflow, air quality, solar, service and installation. Jolly Air Conditioning was founded on the principles of providing a premium service, and honest advice. Mike trains all of our technician and staff on the principles of HVAC, and passes along our spirit of Integrity and Honesty. Our technicians and staff participate in continuing education classes, and hold certifications.

About the Founder Mike Jolly
Prior to founding Jolly Air, Mike spent twelve years specializing in the trade with various firms. Mike was one of the first graduates of the Arizona Public Service’s (APS) Blue Energy Institute, school for gas appliances. The school is still known today for it’s focus on safety and the proper operation of multiple types of gas appliances. He also studied at the Bryant factory and studied gas-fired air conditioning in San Clemente, California. Mike also trained at Honeywell on their energy management solutions, control applications and appliances.
A former President of the Thunderbird Chapter of the RSES (Refrigeration Service Engineers Society), Mike taught refrigeration as part of the RSES continuing education program. He also participated in the VICA training and Arizona state competition.
Mike is certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (E.P.A.) and utilizes the techniques required by the E.P.A., as do all of our technicians. Jolly Air Conditioning consciously practices reclaiming, recycling, and proper disposal of refrigerants, parts and equipment.
Mike has continued his education throughout his career, including attending training classes with major manufactures, keeping current with new developments, refrigerants, technologies, products, applications, and laws.
