The air we breathe can contribute to our health -good or bad. Jolly Air conditioning offers many products to help you create a clean environment for your home or office. Electronic Air Cleaners will zap away most common contaminants in your air. Special germicidal UV irradiation can be added which kills bacteria and viruses.
FILTRATION
Once you have had your Heating & Cooling ducts cleaned and sanitized, the next step is to consider how to keep your ductwork and system clean. Jolly Air conditioning offers a complete line of filtration products, including Honeywell electronic air cleaners, HEPA filtration systems, electrostatic filters, pleated filters, and even charcoal (odor eliminating) filters.
DUCTWORK REPLACEMENT
Perhaps some elements of your duct system need to be replaced? Occasionally duct cleaning alerts us to unseen issues which were previously hidden, like duct leaks.
Many homes here in the Valley are old enough to have the original gray flex duct in the attics. If your home has this old ductwork, then it may be falling apart. The old duct was not UV protected, and the sun and heat just ate it up. Many times upon entering an attic at a home or business complaining of low cool, we discover this old flex, without any insulation left on it! This means the hot attic air is right next to the conditioned air.
Often times a simple duct replacement can reduce energy costs, and make your home more comfortable.
